  Senior Manager  Ryan provides customer service and knowledge throughout all information technology, working with clients to identify needs, create action plans and implement solutions. Ryan has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare IT and leadership including project management, cyber & HIPAA security, networking (voice & data), customer service, tech support, and more.  He led the infrastructure team for Epic and the infrastructure implementation for Epic community connect affiliates.   

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Management degree from Columbia College. He is a board member of the Illinois Leadership Institute, a member of the Green County Broadband Committee, member of HIPAA COW (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Collaborative of Wisconsin) and member of GIPAW (Governmental Information Process Association of Wisconsin).
