dr. sarah endicott

Dr. Endicott is a nurse practitioner board-certified in geriatrics and psychiatric mental health nursing. She has 15 years clinical experience caring for older adults across care settings, including specialty acute care, hospice, memory diagnostic clinics, primary care, long-term care and psychiatry. She enhances systems, environments, and the workforce to meet the unique needs of older adults.      

Dr. Endicott holds a B.A. and D.N.P from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.S.N. from Marquette University. She is a clinical professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, Dr. Endicott has an active clinical practice in geriatric psychiatry, serving patients in long term care and inpatient settings. She was awarded the 2020 Distinguished Educator in Gerontological Nursing by the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence.
