Cindy is an experienced leader with over thirty years in leadership and executive leadership roles. Her expertise is in continuous improvement using Lean methodology, and creating value and exceptional experiences. She possesses a unique background in culture transformation as a leader responsible for managing significant change through several mergers and acquisitions. Most recently she led culture transformation in continuous improvement having strategic responsibility for organizational integration of Lean process improvement & problem solving, Lean leadership, employee engagement, and service excellence.
Cindy earned an Associate of Arts from Highland Community College and a Graduate School of Banking Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is a recipient of the Highland Community College Distinguished Alumni award and has received several honors and recognition for customer service. Cindy has served on several community boards and committees and was twice nominated for the Women of Excellence Award.
